I'm a former professional athlete with a background in rowing, cycling, and running. I competed in rowing from age 10 to 23, became a European Junior Champion, World Runner-Up, European Championship bronze medalist, and twice won the NCAA National Championship in the U.S.
Today I bring that endurance background into running coaching, including road, trail, and marathon preparation. My own marathon best is 2:29:41.
