I'd like to run but don't know where to start. The plans seem a bit much. Where do I start?
My vision is to make running accessible to everyone. If you are a complete beginner, I offer a lot of advice on my blog and Instagram and can draft you a beginner’s plan to start for free, just reach out.
Do you offer any kind of trial?
Absolutely. If you are unsure if this is for you, I’d be happy to write you a 2 week program to test it out for 5 €. If you decide to switch to a full plan, this cost would of course count towards any plan I offer.
I don't have a GPS watch. Do I need to buy anything?
Not having a GPS watch is not a deal-breaker. Of course, it makes planning your training and tracking your results easier, but I believe it’s not essential for achieving your goals. Still, I recommend a few affordable tools that can help you work on core stability and flexibility: a resistance band, a medicine ball or kettlebell, and a foam roller.
What can I expect from you as a coach?
I am available to you at any time. Unlike most other trainers, my plans do not limit the number of interactions. I take the time to delve into each individual’s needs and create a specific program tailored just for them.

What does it mean to have a coach?
“This means having someone who is fully dedicated to your success. With me, every runner receives a personalized training plan every week.
However, coaching is much more than just helping you set up plans. As a coach, I answer your questions, review your training sessions, and adjust the plan as needed. I talk with you about your goals, successes, and setbacks, and together we shape your athletic journey while taking all other life commitments into account.”
How often do I have to run?
Prebuilt training plans vary in the number of running days per week, while coaching packages are entirely tailored to each runner. Some run every day, while others only a few days a week. The most important thing is to have a training schedule that suits you, your lifestyle, and your goals.
How will I get plans?
You will receive your training plans in a spreadsheet or via email. In the future, I plan to integrate with TrainingPeaks.
I often get an upset bowel when I run. What can I do?
A bit of a taboo topic in running. Everyone has a unique metabolism, and the most important thing is for each individual to find what works best for them. Unfortunately, I don’t have a magic formula to solve all your issues, but I do have tried-and-tested methods to help you tackle this and start truly listening to your body!
