I offer prebuilt 12-week training plans for anyone who wants to start running to a specific distance, focusing on 5km, 10km, half maraton or marathon. The plans are available by your desired race pace and are designed to be plug and play into your running. Send me a message for it!
Additionally, you can work with me one on one as your running coach. I offer a coaching package and will work with you every step of the way to design and implement a perfect training program for your needs. I also help with self-coaching.
